If you don't have a login to the OzPro
Clients support area send an
email to OzPro support and ask them to
create you a login.
In the OzPro client area (depending on your security level) you can
- Log a support job,
- View outstanding, completed and the status of
all jobs for your business
- View the status of all equipment at your
business (being repaired due for repair, on-line off-line)
- The status of all hard drives on every
computer (usage, free space)
- Information on all staff members, phone
numbers and email address
- All backup information, when backed up any
errors, schedules
- All account information. Fee schedule, invoice
